“I took the recommendation of another person, and I had another company come out and treat for bedbugs. Three times each time they came back. It was almost twice the money that Matthew of easy bedbug exterminators nyc charged me and they did not have a 90 day warenty like Matthew.Matthew and his guys were extremely professional very knowledgeable. Let me know what was going on every step of the way and eradicated the problem in only two visits. Again, Matt is very reasonably priced very responsive, very knowledgeable on the subject. I would never want to have this problem again, but if I ever did, I Would immediately call easy bedbug exterminators again. On a scale from 1 to 10 1 being the worst 10 being the best, Matthew and the guys are easily an 11 !!“

“The best in city and worth every penny! I have used and recommended this company for years and they never disappoint. My first experience having a mouse in my apartment, the owner was so professional and accommodating: he sent someone to address the issue in my apartment the next day. The technician was very thorough and closed all holes behind my radiators, and appliances(except dishwasher-we couldn't get it out not his fault). He even checked my closets, stairs and baseboards for holes. A few years later they came out as there was a hole behind the dishwasher( I finally got it out) and they plugged that up as well. My neighbors on my floor and other floor have also used their service with excellent results as well. Now our hope is to get every shareholder to use their service. Each time a shareholder uses One Hour, our mice problems decrease for our building overall.I just want to say Mike as manager is a gem! They have amazing technicians. If ever I, or any shareholder has any issue; he makes haste to resolve things quickly and amicably. Their customer service and pest resolution strategy is bar none! Run, don't walk to this company if you have any issues. They hit the mark every time!“

Miguel, the senior technician, came and was AMAZING!!! He took his time, moving all of our appliances and filling the holes and laying out traps. “Let’s just say I woke up with a serious bed bug scare. I called several companies with glowing google reviews and M&M picked up. Daniel talked to me and said he could get someone in my apartment as early as 3:30pm! On top of that, he was so kind and did an excellent job of keeping me calm. I paid $300+ NY state tax to specifically have a dog come to my apartment and inspect (the lowest cost on the market for these trained/certified dogs). Jason and Riley the beagal went through every nook and cranny of my room, as well as every other room in the apartment for a good half hour and no bugs or eggs! Pretty sure I just reacted to dust mites but wow I will pay $300 any day for the peace of mind that I don’t have bed bugs. So grateful for Jason, who was so unbelievably kind and a lovely person to have in my home. Also they’re taking covid very seriously so this is the company to give business to!“
“These guys are great! I called Scott in a near state of panic on a Friday night. Not only did he answer his phone but he listened carefully (and asked a ton of questions). I ended up sending him some pictures of what I was finding (they turned out to be 'Beetles'), and scheduled an inspection with him for early the next morning just for peace of mind.As it turned out, they came the next morning, Scott and his dog Hunter (a beautiful Yellow Lab) checked the entire apartment and did not find any bedbugs, it turned out that yes indeed I had 'Carpet Beetles'.They then advised me to contact my buildings exterminator (who later took care of the issue).Thank you New York Bedbug Inspection & Removal, and thank you, Scott & Hunter. “We still don’t know where these little bed buggers came from but Luis saved the day!! My husband and I were getting bitten like crazy. I called and spoke directly with Luis. He is super sweet and very professional!! He came in and actually did my whole house. Two bedrooms, sofas in tv room, other furniture and chairs. Luis even rolled up my blankets and quilts for me and put them in plastic bags so I could wash them. Very neat and very clean! He was in my house for an hour all alone and in my bedroom and I trusted him completely!He just came back to retreat as part of the agreement.
