Had an appointment today with Michelle and let me start off by saying not only is she friendly and welcoming but also super talented in what she does. I came in for a simple retwist but ended up leaving with locs I can actually be happy to look at now. The person that started me off was not very caring on what I wanted but Michelle did her absolutely best (exceeding my expectations as well) to help restore my locs. I happened to be passing by while on a long bike ride on Christmas Day. I was surprised to find them open but actually I saw many customers come in as I was leaving. I got an excellent shave for only $15! Super nice staff. I forced them to let me practice Spanish with them, but the owner speaks English just fine. :-)

Yesterday your technician Eddie and his assistant Peter snaked out a tough clog/drain cleaning in my basement toilet which had been flooding all weekend everytime we used the shower. This was very necessary to address and not an easy job. You could tell Eddie has a passion for this and did an excellent job as did Peter (loved his positive energy especially so early in the am!). For the past few months I have had 4 companies come out to my residence to have different work done. I have needed our drain cleaned and our sewer cleaned…I could never find anyone to fix the problem completely and always had to make a call to have someone return, until I found this GEM General Sewer Service. The drain constantly would back up and I needed this fixed….Their receptionist was so helpful and promised me that the work would be done correctly and there would be no need for me to make a follow up call. Their technician arrived 30 minutes earlier than the window I was given which is always a plus. He took a look around and figured out the problem and in about an hour everything was back working and he was out the door. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Mario drilled out the existing lock cylinder and replaced it with a new cylinder, which matched up to the door key. Also made the toolbox door seat closer to the bed body. Great job guys! I never knew what carpet stretchers did! These two men, Dale and Chance did an awesome job. They moved large furniture pieces and when finished put everything back in place. The carpet looks new again. I would definitely recommend Dale’s carpet to everyone.
