Chanel didn’t just give a haircut she gave an experience. From start to finish her customer service is impeccable. Immediately I knew she was going to do a great job and I left feeling so good !! The haircut is the best I’ve ever had and the conversation with her was an added perk !! Will be going back again and again !

I usually do not write reviews. I come to this supercuts often to get my undercut cut by these ladies and they do a FANTASTIC job. Last week, I was apprehensive to get an actual hair cut at supercuts because of all the things that people have to say about a chain, BUT I have to say, Reyna or Reina (I'm sorry I didn't see how her name was spelt) did a PHENOMENAL job. I brought in many reference photos of what I wanted and she matched everything I was looking for to an exact T and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Went in today for a haircut, by the time I got home and took a shower I noticed the fade was a bit off, it happens. I called to see if someone can fix it. Came in and was helped by Chanel… she was so professional, happy to help fix it and wouldn’t accept a tip. She made one very happy customer. Will DEFINITELY be coming back.
