I called their office as I had three orientals for cleaning. A very kind person answer the phone set me up for pickup and within the time we agreed they were here. So far so good. We got back our rugs and they were cleaned beautifully and smelled great. We had a couple of pet issues and I couldn't even tell where the smells came from. And the nicest thing with the rugs were wrapped up beautifully and returned on time. This is a great service.Service: Area rug cleaning
