“I got my large knotless braids done by Erica this afternoon, and I absolutely love them. I arrived at the salon with my hair pre-washed and blow dried so that I’d be ready to go, I also brought my own hair bundles, but she can also wash and dry your hair on site. She listened to what I wanted and understood the assignment. Braids turned out so cute (posting a blurred pic for reference). Took about 2.5 hours which was not bad. Thank you Erica! Will definitely be back.“

“First off — I must say the parking being everywhere around this salon is a plus. Do you know how hard it is to find parking anywhere nowadays? Second off, upon walking in, you’re greeted with a smile and no judgment! My hair was looking crazy, but I got a smile and a “How can I help you?” And help I received!!! Every girl’s horror story : her dyson dies before a big event. When I came in, explained myself, the receptionist easily says they can do that, so Glory washes my hair and she does an amazing job at giving me the best blowout ever!! I never get these results with a Dyson! I don’t frequent salons much, often opting to do it myself, because I’ve always felt judged at salons. Here, I don’t think I’ve ever meshed better with people in less than an hour! Glory is absolutely amazing at what she does, and the place itself is just gorgeous. I’m definitely coming back next week. Thank you all for your service & hospitality!!“

“I love this place! I came here after a nightmare experience at another salon in Bloomfield. The ladies welcomed me with open arms and fixed my hair the day before my vacation. “The ladies at this Hair Braiding salon were professional and caring. Took the time to let me know when she needed a break and did an excellent job with my braids. I also got my son's braids done but they are so tight. Hackensack has meter parking and they will give you a ticket. The side streets are two hour parking and they will give you a ticket (I got a $45 one, so upsetting). Overall I can recommend this place.“
