Nail Art Spa is a bright and clean place where the stylists take their time to get the job done right. Nancy and Jason are highly recommended for their detailed and fabulous work. The salon itself is beautiful and extremely clean, with accommodating staff. Customers appreciate the attention to detail, especially during spa pedicures. Jason, in particular, is praised for his thoroughness and precision, ensuring that every aspect of the nail service is done properly. Overall, Nail Art Spa is a comfortable and clean environment where customers can expect top-notch service and beautiful results.
I got so tired of going to the local hood spots for quick jobs that are noisey and messy and I end up leaving annoyed with a headache instead of relaxed and not feeling like I love my nails; so I decided to find a new place where It was quiet, clean and the attention to detail was evident.. I searched on Yelp, read the reviews and found this nail salon on a Sunday afternoon. And I am So Happy I did. This is what I call a "Bougie Salon" and I Love It! It brings out the Bougie in me! It's like how you feel when you go to France and speak to the natives in English, lol It was quiet, super clean and My Nails Look Flawless!! They are a bit more pricey by about $5-7 dollars more on services but the results made it worth it. I would have given 5 Stars but I took one off because Sara(h) wasn't the friendliest nail tech at all (she didn't offer suggestions on color, was somewhat short in conversation like she couldn't be bothered and didn't even look up to say thank you to accept my tip that I was handing her while she was doing someone else's nails which was somewhat rude). That part was too bad because I am an Excellent Tipper so she definitely lost points on the friendly customer service factor. But she knew what she was doing with my nails so I just put my headphones on and enjoyed my music to let her do her thing and I just zoned her out completely! All in all I will try this spot for a minute to determine their consistency and just remember to bring my headphones!
First time trying out this nail salon. My experience was great. I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere as well as the professionalism. Amber was the nail tech and she was on point. She pulled up a picture on her phone of different mail shapes to make sure we were on the same page. Multiple times throughout my manicure she checked in with me. I was getting a French, so she asked me if I liked the polish color, thickness of the French. I am really pleased and will come back for a pedicure.
I’ve been to Nail Art Spa 3 times and have not had a bad experience. The place is bright and clean and they spend as much time as needed to finish the job. I’m especially impressed with Nancy. She went above and beyond today to give me a very nice mani pedi. I will definitely be going back! Love this place.Cleanliness: Cleanliness is very important to me. The place is clean and well lit.
