A 5 star review would never be enough to describe why youandifitness should be where you train. I have been back with youandifitness for almost 1 year. I have lost 94 lbs, gained a ton of muscle, confidence and most importantly strength & a 180 on my health. This gym and my trainer have improved every area of my life. I am so grateful I found Carlos and youandifitness. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does & it shows. You should not train ANYWHERE else but with Carlos. I’ve used Manning Brothers many times for rug cleaning and they always do a great job at reasonable prices. The last time I used them I needed my rug repaired. The rug was fraying at the top and the bottom where the fringes are. Manning Brothers replaced the fringes with new ones which completely repaired those areas. The rug looks beautiful now. It’s like having a brand new rug. I would heartily recommend Manning Brothers For anything having to do with rugs or carpets.
David is an incredible barber, this was my first haircut in the area and I’m pretty particular about my barbers; David is super friendly, easy to talk to and very professional! I’ll continue coming to see David as long as he’s in business!

Sounded too good to be true but was actually THAT good. Im obsessed with the service, the stylists, and everything within. So accommodating and so so so nice. Loved my haircut & blowout. Definitely will be back. Hijabi friendly!!!!
