The Owner is terribly rude. The place seems clean and they do decent work. However, the customer service is appalling. I got a REGULAR mani/pedi- one tech did my nails and another did my toes. Also, I'll add that my nails are very easy- thin and maintained. Anyway, I only had a $5 bill (which would've been a good tip for one tech). So after I paid, I told the ladies I only had $5 cash- and they said it was OK. I was willing to add tip on my card. Then from across the salon, the owner yells "tip is 20%! you need to give both at least 20%!" When I told her I didn't have any extra cash she said 'just go, go- leave.' I went to this nail place, hoping for the best from them after I read their reviews and I came out disappointed. I got a manipedi, and it did not come out as great as I expected. My manicure came out bad, and it didn’t even last a week. It came out messy, and it chipped after a few hours I got it. A few days later, the polish started coming off more and I had to take it off after the week I went. I paid way too much money for a nail job that didn’t even last a good month. Never again for me.
