Needing an urgent assist to remove an older style mortise lock and replace with a newer lock on the front door, I called a few local locksmiths. Christian was eager to help over the phone since he was short-staffed that day, inquired about details, and asked to see a few pictures without even asking about payment. After sending over the pics, he suggested to bring in the deadbolt lock re-keyed, to which I respectfully declined since I wanted to replace the old with the new with a different locksmith. we have consistently received exceptional service from Mr. Gallo at main lock shop. This is our go to local business and they have been to our property a couple of times to address issues with our doors. We have an older house with temperamental doors and rather than replace them Mr. Gallo has worked with our existing doors and done so at a fair price. Highly highly recommend this business.
