“EXCELLENT COMPANY! They truly care and get the job done. We pay a monthly fee through American Water to have emergency water main break repair. The first time we had the issue in our driveway back in 2021, Root24 was the company that repaired it through the American Water Resource company that we paid the monthly fee for. We were so happy with them back then. But I totally forgot their name. Then this year we had another water main break in our landscape and found out Root24 was no longer part of the. American Water Resources independent service repair company. 😓 The American Water Resource Company set us up with all different companies where none came through for us, one of which was a Pennsylvania Company that does not even excavate in NJ (why they would send us a company blike that is beyond me). The other company never showed up and the last company came to assess the situation and said said they would be in touch with us. By the time that company got back to us to set up a day to do it was two weeks AFTER Root24 already repaired it. That company said sorry, they had so many emergencies (I guess our emergency wasn't important enough or we weren't important enough for the company to even let us know). Anyway , Thank God for Root24 because they got the job done and quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the women in the office at Root24, to the guys that repaired our water main break and especially Darryll which was the guy at Root24 who I was working with over the phone to get everything in place for them ro repair it. Darryll really cared about everything. I highly recommend Root24 and this time I am saving their contact info for future jobs I may have.“

“I had a very positive experience. Scheduled a service call online with a two hour window. Service tech showed on time. Kitchen drain was plugged up. He had it cleared within an hour.
A couple days later the pipe under sink was leaking. I called and a service tech was there within two hours repaired at no charge.“
