However, I appreciated that it was the owner who followed up on this and replaced the appliance in the same visit, offering a credit from the previous repair for the replacement appliance.“

“We had Andre help us 7 years ago in an emergency when our water heater broke. He did not make us wait and had a new heater installed the same day. We called him recently and his excellent team came in less than 24 hours and helped us diagnose a problem, which happened to be with the main water line.
