almost a year later an I get a call that permit is still outstanding. If I ever have an issue with my AC or heating again this is not one company I will be calling. I was told all fees were covered guess what from what salesman said and amount paid guess there were some other fees. On top of that they pulled out my hotwater heater and installers left hot water heater for me to reinstall.
