Tony is very professional, responsive, responsible, and punctual. When I needed to replace a gas water heater, I contacted 8 plumbers/plumbing companies and was impressed by how responsive Tony was - he returned calls when I left voice messages, contacted me when he was running late, responded very quickly to my emails, and sent me a PDF file with quotes for the different water heaters we discussed (the only plumber to do so)! He was also very professional – he gave me his no-nonsense honest opinion about each type of water heater, patiently answered all my questions, and never pressured me to get a certain type of water heater. First time with Casa Plumbing after they came highly recommended from other locals. I reached out to them for a hot water heater replacement, and I am glad I did. Tony was extremely communicative from the get-go, giving me clear outlines of potential fixes, the costs, and potential options. He never pressured me and took the time to patiently explain anything I had questions about. Also, he was extremely punctual! Leagues above other plumbing experiences I've had.
