“I want to give a huge shout out to John and Payless Plumbing! If anyone is looking for a plumber, please give them a call. John is a great person who saved my family from having an unexpected expense right before Christmas. Earlier this morning my downstairs bathroom toilet wouldn't stop running, so I shut the valve. My husband is very handy and can usually can fix almost anything, so tonight after dinner he went to look at it and noticed that the valve was leaking. He shut the water to the house and went to Home Depot to get the parts he needed to fix it, but as soon as we turned the water back on the valve blew and water was everywhere! I immediately went on to Hazlet Moms and searched for an emergency plumber. The first person I called was a local person who was very well recommended. He gave me a very good estimate over the phone, but said he couldn't come until tomorrow. Since that would leave us without water, I told him that I would call him back, and he literally hung up! My next call was to Payless Plumbing. John spoke to my husband, who explained what he had done to try to fix the problem. John asked him to send over pictures, and right away he told him that he had the wrong part. He then literally sent him a link to the correct part from Lowes ($11) and told him exactly what he needed to do to fix it and to call him back if he needed to! After a quick trip to Lowe's, my husband was able to fix the leak! John and Payless Plumbing went above and beyond. It is obvious that they are extremely honest and trustworthy. If you ever need a plumber, please call John and Payless Plumbing!“

“Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend!

Our neighborhood recently had some re-piping done by Aqua (our water provider), which required follow-up visits to replace individual water meters. As a result, many of us ended up working with this plumber—and every single neighbor I spoke to had a great experience, including us!

From start to finish, the communication was excellent. I got a voicemail about scheduling, and when I called back, they responded right away. I then received a text confirming the appointment, and on the day of the visit, I got a reminder along with a photo of one of the technicians so I’d know who to expect. That extra touch made me feel really comfortable.

They arrived on time, were incredibly polite and respectful, and took great care while working in our home. I work from home and they were very quiet throughout the whole visit. We have a cat, and they were super careful to keep doors shut so she didn’t sneak out or get into the basement while they worked. They didn’t move anything unnecessarily and checked in before shutting off the water to make sure I had what I needed.

They were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. I offered them drinks and use of the bathroom, and while they declined, they did so with kindness and professionalism. The entire interaction was smooth and pleasant.

Several neighbors were so impressed they asked for a business card so they could call them for future work—and honestly, same here. We worked with them for plumbing, but we’ll absolutely be calling them again for HVAC and other services in the future.

“Our water heater broke and flooded the basement on early Sunday morning. Called them and Luciano was on emergency duty. He calmly walked me through what to do, and suggested a good local company for mitigating and drying up the flood (which should ideally be done asap to prevent mold), and scheduled a replacement for Monday. Later in Sunday afternoon, with the mitigation people already at work, the broken heater was leaking some more. It was time to call Luciano again and this time he offered to come and just replace the heater ---on a Sunday afternoon! He was so nice and helpful, and was willing to take hours off his Sunday to do so. Normally they don't do new installations on Sundays. Very pleased with Luciano's going above and beyond, and being so helpful.“

“We had a major flood in our basement a couple of months ago. My daughter found Casa Plumbing (Tony) on Facebook.Tony was a lifesaver. He set us up with a Home Restoration company that night and has helped us to replace the hot water heater, furnace and sump pump.Today I contacted him in a panic as we had no hot water. (The replaced hot water heater was still under warranty from two year prior so not his product)Tony came asap and relit the pilot for us. And taught us what to do if it happens again. “Clean professional work. Thank you. I had trouble with my sewer all day and called 2 other plumbing companies and they told me its hard clog and they did their best but couldn't get to it. When I called Superior Services and explained to them what happened, Gary told me if they couldn't unclog it, they would not charge me. They came out and spent over 2 hours and they were successful. They cleaned up after themselves and told me if I had a problem to give them a call. Really happy with their work. They took their time to explain what had caused this problem and every professional.
