The place feels cozy but modern, with a very clean setup. My nail tech made me feel comfortable and checked in often to make sure I was happy with the shape and color. I got a dip powder manicure and it came out flawless — strong, smooth, and natural looking. The whole process was relaxing and not rushed at all. I can honestly say this is one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely worth coming back!

Im glad I purchased hair products from Diva Does Hair LLC. Getting the products was very easy when ordered online; easy process to order online. I used the cherry almond scalp serum this morning on myself. I love this awesome smelling product it gave my hair shine ☺️ Believe it or not this product works on my dog Koda who has very bad skin allergies I tried it on him because the product is stated it stops itching and he has not been scratching himself today since I put the serum on him( I will be ordering much more to use on my dog also❤️ I give 10 stars ⭐️

Got Knotless here paid $180, knotless usually take 7hours but she got done in 3hours. Was very nice and neat, would come back because I’m glad I didn’t have to sit long?!

For over 15 years I’ve been going to Khadijah to get my hair done. Her and her staff will always have you looking your best when you get out the chair. She maybe a little bit of a wait at times but it’s always worth it!

Before you go, make an appointment with one of the four barbers. Go in a day before, and secure a date and time. After Covid, the service industry changed and an appointment seems to work better for barbers.

Excellent experience. Googled for a neighborhood barber shop and came across Garden State Barbershop which is local to me and black owned which was definitely a plus to support in my own community. Bashir was patient with my toddlers and their shapeups were excellent. The boys left happy, and I was happy with the result, price, professionalism, and family atmosphere that we found. We have found our permanent barber.

Armanii was very professional the service was excellent and she really took her time it's nice when you have someone that takes pride in what they do . Hot stone massage, warm towels and all. Stush Beauty Bar is by far the place you wanna be. The Beauticians and Nail Techs are very professional and displays the qualities & expertise needed for your specific hair & nail care. To say that they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I am elated that I no longer have to search for home that provides all the services that I need.
The barber here is top notch! He runs a very professional shop the is very clean and efficient. I like him because he's very personal and when I sat in the barbers chair, I close my eyes knowing I'm in good hands. I appreciate his demeanor, memory and in reflective of the tips I give. Even though I've moved at great distance away, I will still come to his shop when I'm in town. Moving to a new town, I have managed to find a barber with out loud music, constant chit chat, and other assortment of nonsense. But the guy in east orange is the main man.

I was in a serious bind with my hair this morning. It’s a major heatwave today, and my portable hair dryer kept tripping the circuit breaker in my apartment. To make things more stressful today is my graduation, and my hair wasn’t fully dry. Cue the panic, because without drying, my curls wouldn’t set properly ?.
I have thick locs that take forever to dry, so I decided to stop by Black Beauty Unisex Salon, hoping they’d let me sit under a dryer and I was fully prepared to pay for the time. But to my surprise and absolute relief, Debbie (the owner) welcomed me and let me use the dryer free of charge.
I honestly didn’t expect anyone to accommodate something like this, especially without an appointment. But Debbie came through for me. She was so generous and kind, and I’m beyond grateful.

We have used Ebanks a few times on our electrical needs in our old house. They installed a vintage light fixture 2 years ago and it works amazing.
They helped solved our bedroom light problem when my husband *accidentally* cut the electrical cord when renovating the closet. We didn’t know that was the issue, and I didn’t even mention it to Ebanks when they came to look at it. They were detectives and figured out the issue! He replaced all the wiring and was able to do it without damaging all the wallpapering I just did.

This company came highly recommended, and now I understand why. The rug I sent for cleaning has a dense pile and needed more than just basic treatment. The pickup was smooth, and I felt confident knowing it was being cleaned at a dedicated facility instead of on-site. When it was returned, the pile felt lifted and even, and the overall appearance was much brighter. Nothing looked stressed or worn down. It’s clear they focus on proper care rather than speed.

At PT, which is usually quiet on Saturdays, a patient came in loudly talking on speakerphone and disrupting the peaceful environment despite multiple posted “No Cell Phone Use” signs. Arthur, the lead physical therapist, calmly and respectfully asked the patient to end the call so PT could begin. The patient became aggressive and confrontational, but Arthur remained professional and composed, helping to deescalate what could have become a physical altercation. Reassigning the patient to Oliver afterward was a smart and professional move that further helped diffuse the situation. Oliver handled the transition smoothly, and both therapists demonstrated excellent professionalism under pressure.
