“Our experience with Clifton Physical Therapy has been amazing! From the very first phone call with Tiffany, I knew that she was knowledgeable and skilled in managing sports related injuries. My son pulled his hamstring during a track meet and was in pain. Tiffany and Isabel created a treatment plan encompassing some acupuncture, cupping, red cord, palates and general exercises and stretches to help him loosen tight calf muscles, and strengthen and rebuild his hamstring. They provided education and encouragement, with some comic relief, to motivate him and properly train him on tasks like proper breathing when running to give his muscles oxygen. Avery made so much progress and within a 2 month period. We are so appreciative and grateful for all of the skills taught and personal attention given to aid in Avery's recovery.
