I've worked with Ken and Dana for at least 20 years. I used them when I was a Facility Director at a school in a high rise and now they maintain the units at my rental units and my house. They have always been there for me and have always gotten things working no matter how strange the problem was. They are good people and their team has nothing but good things to say about them. They are a small well run family business. I highly recommend their services.
