I have used them in the past and they continue to be one of the best! Staff are pleasant and professional and my area rug is sweet smelling. Awesome job! I will use them until one of us no longer needs the other! Thank you for great service!
This company came highly recommended, and now I understand why. The rug I sent for cleaning has a dense pile and needed more than just basic treatment. The pickup was smooth, and I felt confident knowing it was being cleaned at a dedicated facility instead of on-site. When it was returned, the pile felt lifted and even, and the overall appearance was much brighter. Nothing looked stressed or worn down. It’s clear they focus on proper care rather than speed.
The rug cleaning process for my Persian rug was impressive from the moment the team arrived at my home. They rolled the rug carefully, noting its hand knotted wool areas and the delicate woven borders before taking it to their factory. When it returned, the transformation was obvious the colors were deep again, the surface felt fresh, and even the small traditional motifs were more defined. You could tell the cleaning was done with proper equipment and expertise. It felt like they restored the rug’s entire personality without altering its original structure.
