It’s still working but I figured it was time to be a responsible homeowner for once and get it serviced. I found Air Cubes on Google, saw they had excellent reviews, and gave Air Cubes a call.Best HVAC company in the Union, NJ 07083 area. They were on time, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. We are going to install Central AC and I had a ton of questions about this. Jorge, the owner, was very thorough in explaining what the job will entail, how the AC unit will work to cool our house, and he will draw up an estimate for the implementation. They serviced my furnace, explained everything regarding my unit, and made sure to turn all of the lights off and shut the doors on their way out.Very very professional HVAC company, I highly recommend them for any and all heating ventilation and cooling needs!“

Every step of the way, Emad was very communicative And informative and he does everything he can to figure out all possible solutions. It turns out My leak issue was more of a plumber problem but he was in my home for many hours until he did everything he could in locating the area of leak. The leak was in a very difficult area. He taught me how to turn off the leak for now because I had buckets catching water and it still wasn’t enough because there was so much water. “Called them on a holiday weekend because it was 25’ outside and woke up to no heat. Out of 3 companies I called, they were the only ones who responded and could come same day. Basically needed a new furnace & boiler, and they kindly pointed out some major issues with how the people who flipped the house I bought cut corners and left us with major fire hazards. It was a little jarring but the guys handled it like pros and explained it down to the level that I could understand.The guys who actually did the work were pleasant, professional, communicated effectively, and cleaned up after themselves (sounds like common sense, but if you’ve ever had work done in your house, you know what I mean). They were really just respectful of our home and our space and treated it as if it were their own.One of the owners also worked directly with me on pricing and options, given the various incentives through the gas company- he was well versed in the incentives that the gas company would provide and also completed all the paperwork so I didn’t even have to deal with them at all. No sitting on hold or filling out it documents- they did all of that for me. Also provided me guidance that the equipment would qualify for federal tax credits for next year. I also called their office multiple times and was immediately put through to someone who could actually answer all of my questions. So it really was a holistic service that they provided, definitely far above and beyond what I’ve ever received from any contractor or specialized service provider.Hope to never need HVAC help again, but if I do, I know who to call.“
