“I've used charged up electric twice so far and both times they've been wonderful. The first time was when my refrigerator stopped running (cue bad joke) they diagnosed the issue the same day and was able to fix the wiring in our newly purchased home in less than a week. The second time we woke up to find our heat wasn't working and our thermostat said it was a wiring issue. When I called our heating service they said they couldn't get someone out until the next day but it's February and we have a three month old so that wasn't acceptable. I sent an email to charged up to see if they could take a look since the error message said it was a wire not getting power and they came out within an hour. Turns out it was just a switch that needed to be flipped, They solved the problem within 10 minutes and never charged us for the visit. We were so happy to get heat back right away! I will absolutely keep using them in the future“

“Had an emergency where half of my home lost electricity all of a sudden. Called Eddie from Redline and half an hour later he was at my house checking it out. After looking at everything inside and out, he realized that water had seeped into my panel and was causing the issue on one phase. I needed a complete panel replacement but until that could be done, he rewired all my essential appliances and lights to the working side of the panel as a temporary fix. My fridge, stove and bathroom lights were now finally working again! The following morning he was back at my house to install the new panel. A few hours later, I had a completely new panel and everything was once again back to normal. You may never think about it, but when you lose your electricity, it’s a stressful situation. Very thankful there’s people like Eddie that are pros and know exactly how to tackle the problem and get you back to normal as quickly as possible. Highly recommend Redline!“
