“I typically am not someone who writes reviews, but I am making an exception in this case, as I had an incredibly positive experience with Ramas Climate and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need. I was having some major issues with a Navien Combi Boiler that we had installed by a different HVAC company 2 years ago. This thing was a source of frustration, as we had nothing but issues since install as well as problems with the initial contractor. We had a few other companies out to look at the boiler, but always felt we were being sold on expensive repairs that didn't really address the concern. Then came Ramas and they took the proper steps to work with Navien techs to diagnose the problem (which was with how the unit was originally installed) and they fixed it. No more hot water turning cold or weird errors on the unit! They were a pleasure to work with and we would work with them again w/o hesitation. Highly recommended.“
