“I hired Dustin's to fix a gas leak in our new home, and not only were they out first thing in the morning after our provider shut the gas off the night before, but they explained everything, offered reasonable prices and even evaluated other plumbing issues and gave a reasonable estimate and course of action.”
“Arctic installed my heating and cooling systems three years ago, and everything has been working great since. They are honest and fair. Although this review is bit overdue, I wanted to share my appreciation for their excellent service. The team was professional and thorough, and went above and beyond. For ex, when installing my outside cooling unit, they removed a large shrub and hauled it away at no extra cost. Last year, I had a question about my thermostat, and Chris quickly helped me resolve the issue over the phone—so thankful for great customer service.
I highly recommend and would use them again without hesitation.”
“I had my furnace serviced this fall and couldn't be happier with the experience. Alex was friendly from the moment he arrived, took the time to explain what he was checking, and was incredibly thorough, going through the whole system rather than just doing a quick once-over. He’s a honest guy and told me plainly what needed attention now versus what could wait, and he laid out a few different options for the bigger repair, including the pros, cons, and rough costs of each. There was zero pressure to decide on the spot. I appreciate this approach so much!”
