Although this review is bit overdue, I wanted to share my appreciation for their excellent service. The team was professional and thorough, and went above and beyond. For ex, when installing my outside cooling unit, they removed a large shrub and hauled it away at no extra cost. Last year, I had a question about my thermostat, and Chris quickly helped me resolve the issue over the phone—so thankful for great customer service.
