This is a company that provides exceptional customer service, something lost in today’s corporate interactions. We had our complete HVAC system replaced and were updated throughout the process. Sal & Sam added some ductwork and you could tell they took pride in their work. Mel was outside in the hot sun all day working on the compressor, but still always had a smile when I would come out to talk to him. Chris was our first interaction with Home Allegiance, his knowledge and professionalism helped us to feel comfortable and confident in our decision to use their services. Joanne would call and keep us updated on the process and schedules. First class company all the way around!”

“Done Rite did a great job replacing both of our 23-year-old HVAC systems with new Carrier inverter heat pumps and gas furnaces. We also had them replace our water heater while they were here.<br><br>Bryan was great to work with from the beginning and was always willing to answer my questions. The crew showed up on time every day, did a great job protecting the house while they were working, and cleaned up as they went. They kept me up to date on what they were doing throughout the installation and everything was left clean and organized when they were finished.<br><br>The new systems are incredibly quiet, the temperatures throughout the house are much more even, and the house just feels more comfortable overall (we had HUGE temperature disparities between upstairs and downstairs, and even from room to room, which the new systems seem to have fixed. Hopefully my electric bill will also see a big difference).<br><br>They also did a great job replacing the water heater and getting our existing hot water recirculation system hooked back up. Looks much more professional than the insane way the old one was originally installed.<br><br>Very happy with the whole experience and the quality of the work. I’d absolutely use Done Rite again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bryan and his team.<br><br>Edit to add: And I was pleasantly surprised to see that they registered all of my equipment for me this morning!”

“AAC Heating and Cooling installed my HVAC system many years ago, and I recently called them when my furnace started making a strange noise. John came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem as a ceased motor that had to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and explained the steps to fix it clearly.<br><br>Unfortunately, the part took 8 days to arrive, and during that time, my home temperature dropped to a chilly 38 degrees and in the middle of winter, that was not a treat. It was quite uncomfortable. John was extremely communicative and responsive, promptly replying to my texts and keeping me updated on the status of the motor’s arrival.<br><br>As soon as the part arrived, John offered to come immediately to complete the repair. The entire process was straightforward. Quotes to replace the part were extremely high but AAC Heating and Cooling quoted a much more reasonable price for the part and labor.<br><br>Overall, it was a positive experience, especially compared to some less satisfactory ones I've had in the past. I also signed up for their maintenance plan, which I believe is a great way to ensure your unit is regularly serviced.<br><br>I would definitely recommend AAC Heating and Cooling for their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.”
