He was really close by and he and his son came quickly and repaired the issue we had in our crawl space which was a loose nut on one of the shower pipes and also the AC drain line was clogged and that was fixed and then connected to the sump pump in our crawl space. They kept me updated on the plumbers arrival, and to my pleasant surprise, sent a text "introducing" me to the person coming to my house. Jim was amazing. He walked us patiently through the entire issue, and not only fixed it, but gave us some tips on refilling the built in soap dispenser that we weren't doing correctly! I will recommend them over and over. Oh! and a gift bag full of fun items was left as well!!“

“We recently bought a house and needed to replace the HVAC system. We got a few estimates and ended up going with Sanders, primarily because of their attention to detail and thinking through what was going to be the best for a replacement system. Many HVAC companies just want to come in and replace whatever you have with a new version of the same thing without considering proper sizing, ducting, etc. Rich and Bill from Sanders took a lot of time to think through the best way to do things and answer all our questions. Sanders was the most expensive of the estimates, because the scope of work they proposed to do was larger than the other companies (there were issues with our current ducting due to a remodel by a prior owner), but we still went with them because of their thoroughness.When it came time to do the work the team lead by John did a great job, and the finished product looks great and is working well. We were at work most of the time the work was being done, so we didn't have a lot of interactions with the team doing the work, but all the interactions we did have were positive and we'd be happy to have them working in our house again should the need arise.The job was just done a few weeks ago, so we haven't yet had the inspections, and haven't had long enough with it yet to see how it works in all seasons and how it affects energy usage (we went from a traditional system to a hybrid heat pump/furnace). I'll update this review once that's all done.“

He came out two weeks earlier and diagnosed it was an issue with the four-year-old Kohler faucet that had a lifetime warranty. He suggested that Kohler needed to send a completely new faucet due to the electronics of the existing faucet possibly being damaged. Kohler supplied a new faucet under their warranty.“

He couldn't complete job because he explained a valve was to old and would not close, so we need to call plumber to replace then he will return to finish the job.
