I called in a panic because our downstairs toilet overflowing and had mini dead where to start to figure out the problem. I called Gary and he told me exactly what I needed to do after explaining what was going on. Turns out, he was spot on and I had the problem fixed. Thank you and although you didn't physically come to our house, you took my call and helped! Thank you!

Gary is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely honest and fair. I utilized his services about a year ago to fix a leaking pipe, he took care of it the same day and was prompt and professional. Today I had an issue with a pump in our basement. Rather than come over, charge a call fee and whatever else, he helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, saving me tons of time an money.
