Whoever gives this company a bad review need their head examined. Jay and his crew did an awesome job converting me from Well water(after my pump and well died on me) to city water. I was a bit concerned about getting this done because of my sod and irrigation system. Not to worry Jay said. He did a procedure called moling. Instead of digging up your lawn and risk damaging the irrigation system. He moles through the soil underground avoiding your grass and irrigation, directly to the area where the connection happens. Very pleased with these guys, the results and their fee was very fair. I'll be using Allout for all my future needs.
This is an excellent company. I have a 100+ year old house. Needless to say the situation was complex, with no record of where the exterior clean out for my home was located and a blockage causing severe gurgling in my drains. The cause was misdiagnosed by another company as necessitating clearing the vent from the roof. No company would touch this repair for that reason. But Jason properly diagnosed the problem which was blockages and roots in the sewer line as well as the curbside vent and clean out being blocked. Fantastic company to work with ! They were quick to and respond to our leaking water heater. Very respectful of our property, cleaned up any mess spotless. Would definitely hire them again.
