I had my entire AC/Heating unit replaced. The people are efficient, knowledgeable, and friensly. They explained everything that was going gone with our old unit and were able to replace it with a new unit the same day!!

My water pipe for my shower in the master bedroom started leaking threw my ceiling into the kitchen. (....after a month earlier putting in new drywall there...) I thought at first it was some water I spilled or ice cubes I missed from all the coolers of "liquid refreshments" on these hot summer days but no it was the shower as I discovered. so I called Tim to do the work! This happen this past Friday the 14th of July and it was the 11th time over these years I have call Tim of All-American Plumbing and HVAC. The tech, Tim, was very professional, he took his time to explain the problem, possible solutions and allow me to select the best option. He took his time to get the work done, and also took his time to make sure his solution was effective before billing me. Over all very good.Services: HVAC system maintenance
