He made the whole process, from initial planning, to the Celebration of life service and the graveside service, smooth and as stress free as possible. He handled all the details thoroughly and quickly. I was very impressed with his empathy and speed of resolution of any issues that arose. He responded immediately to any of my texts and phone calls.
