I had heard from others that planning a funeral can be difficult emotionally and financially, but Prout made the process much easier than we expected. What stood out most was their 1) caring attitude, 2) transparent fees, 3) clear communication, and 4) therapy dog, Morris. One evening, while my daughter and I were working on the obituary page, Meg unexpectedly called us.
