I want to thank Ryan Tombs of Memorial Funeral Home for being so caring when helping my brother and I plan my Dad's memorial services. He provided attentive support and compassion from the first phone call I made when my Dad passed. He arranged a private viewing so that my husband, my brother and I could view his body the next day at Memorial Funeral Home. It was very comforting to see my Dad laying peacefully as we said our final good-bye. We both felt that this helped us to accept his death and begin the mourning process. Top notch and caring service at your "worst" time. Tom and his team took care of every detail, coordinating all of the necessary moving parts and folding them into a single invoice. All aspect and options were thoroughly explained. Newly renovated facilities offer the very best at a delicate time.
The compassion i felt from Memorial Funeral Home, especially from Ryan, I can't express in words. I am so thankful they were suggested to me. My mom's service was so beautiful. The flowers and pictures display along with the video presentation was so well arranged. Even my family and friends who attended over zoom, expressed their appreciation of how well things went. No complaints at all.
