“I can not say enough about how wonderful the team at Gallaway & Crane was in helping my family say good bye to my mother. I had to orchestrate her funeral from 1000 miles away and they were kind, helpful and always available when I called. They made recommendations for the florist and the repast (Basking Ridge Country Club) which greatly exceeded my expectations. When I lost the cremation certificate the night before the burial--and you can't inter ashes without it--Mike Galaway took my panicked call at 9 pm on a Sunday night and told me he'd get me a duplicate first thing in the morning and to not worry. They came through for me and our internment at 10 am at a cemetery in Staten Island was completed as planned. The service was executed exactly as I hoped, the flowers were gorgeous, the food at the repast was excellent and most of all, my mother was treated with dignity and respect. I have nothing but high praise for these outstanding and dedicated professionals.”
