“I love when great customer service extends past initial point of sale.I purchased a headstone for my mom back in 2022 and Laly was the employee to help me during that time. My mind was all over the place and I just needed patience on figuring out what I wanted. Laly took her time with me and I was able to pick out a lovely headstone and design.During one of my monthly visits to the cemetery to see my mom, I noticed one of the lids for the attached vases on her headstone were missing. I went back to Monuments are Forever and asked Laly if I could purchase a replacement, she gave me one free of charge.Last week, I went to see my mom and both lids were missing. I went back to MAF and was greeted by a nice employee who took me to Andrew. Again, I asked if I could purchase replacements and again they were provided free of charge.It may not seem like much, but I hate seeing things missing from her headstone. Monuments are Forever truly care about their customers and I’m so thankful for their kindness.“
