The process was not easy for me as I'm sure is the case for many patrons. There was a lot to learn regarding the process. There was some frustration, however, patience and kindness outweighed it all and the finished layout was well worth the wait and brought closure. My family and I are pleased with the finished inscription services. Laly and Andrew our heartfelt thanks for your service during this most difficult time.
We had commission their services during the height of Covid . So this is why I gave the rate above . Also for not communicating through phone , text , or email . But a lot was going on . Which again is why . My family and I had a headstone made for my grandmother. In the End it was done. THANK YOU ! . What do you think.
Monuments are Forever, Inc really did a wonderful job on my mother’s Headstone. Their service was just amazing. They took their time with assisting my sisters and myself with the Headstone selection. The young lady that sits at the desk on the right-hand side as you walk in (I can’t remember her name at the moment). But, she really made sure that we had all the information that we needed for a successful headstone purchase. They kept us informed every step of the way by either phone or email.
The Headstone was installed in a timely manner and it definitely exceeds my family’s expectations. Oh, and the photo of my Mom on the Headstone is just BEAUTIFUL!!!
