I love when great customer service extends past initial point of sale.I purchased a headstone for my mom back in 2022 and Laly was the employee to help me during that time. My mind was all over the place and I just needed patience on figuring out what I wanted. Laly took her time with me and I was able to pick out a lovely headstone and design.During one of my monthly visits to the cemetery to see my mom, I noticed one of the lids for the attached vases on her headstone were missing. I went back to Monuments are Forever and asked Laly if I could purchase a replacement, she gave me one free of charge.Last week, I went to see my mom and both lids were missing. The service here is great! I came here to get a name added to my family’s tombstone and it came out great! They keep you updated through the whole process and are always professional! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks again!

I am so grateful to Monuments are Forever for helping our family honor our previous loved one with a beautiful headstone that was absolutely perfect! The owner and staff were so incredibly compassionate, helpful and understanding. We are out of state customers and M are F provided us with play by play updates, sketches and photos from start to finish. Words can't describe the joy we felt when we saw the beautiful headstone in person.
