“1/25/26 - after Sunday snow storm, we woke up with no heat. My husband called several companies at 8am Sunday morning and no one answered. When he called Goodman , someone did answer and they came right out. With all his efforts to tget it working but couldn’t. Concerned for our safety, he left a co2 sensor (for gas leak) and suggested we go get some space heaters to tide us over. At his suggestion, we purchased a new system and he said that his team would be here Monday morning to install. Yes! They were here with a large team and installed the new system, they were professional, efficient and did a great clean up job when finished. “Called regarding HVAC occasionally blowing cold air before blowing hot. Despite being XMas Eve (morning), tech came out on time, inspected entire system, then indicated that all was working correctly - it was the fact that the system was being operated to cycle too frequently (thermostat to be lowered). When this is done, the heater cannot turn on even though the fan begins to blow - once the timer clears, then the heater kicks in. It was merely learning how the system operates that was required. All good & they didn't even charge me for the visit!“

“I called Goodman Plumbing on a Sunday hours before major snow storm about a faulty hot water heater. Within 30 minutes, Nick from Goodman called back. We talked over options and settled on a small upgrade to my existing water heater. He arrived within an hour, came prepared with the replacement hot water heater, and swapped it out no issues. Couldn't have asked for better service.
