We had a clogged old trap for the bathtub. 1st guy came and tried his best to unclog. Told me to text him in the morning if it did not open up. I did just that and they had a tech at my house within and hour. He did a great job. Had to replace the trap and old pipe. Cleaned everything up nicely and did an awesome job!! Highly recommend!! Both guys that came were great!!
Had a slow leak in my sewer pipe in the basement. Rich and Savion from Roto-Router came in all business and replaced the pipe. Very trustworthy and dependable ! Thanks so much for making a horrible situation bearable !!!
So far Roto-Rooter Plumbing has been a life saver. One random Friday afternoon turned into a catastrophe from a leaking Refrigerator. Out of all the 24-hour companies that “Advertised” 24-hours Roto-Rooter was the ONLY one that is actually 24-hours. From 10pm-4am they took care of everything. The next day Rich came out to complete the plumbing reroute we needed in about an hour.
To be honest, I was very hesitant on calling Roto Rooter to do this work , however, I am pleasantly surprised and happy I ended up calling. Denis has called everyday to check to see how everything is going, and when his team would be out, and everytime the team shows up on time or earlier!… read full review
