“Had them out for a replacement of my old unit. The technician was wonderful to speak with. He pointed out how I could up grade my unit to a more efficient one with a few minor adjustments. They sent 2 quotes for me to consider. At this time it’s to hot to have them working in my attic and for now my unit is inching along. Thanks”
“I called Joe at 8 PM to tell him that my outside sewer line was clogged. Even though it was raining and dark out, Joe offered to come right over. I didn't want him or me to get wet, so we agreed on the next morning. Joe came out, saw the problem, told me what he was going to do, told me the cost without me asking (with a senior discount). He snaked the sewer line twice, we flushed the toilets successfully, he packed up his tools and wrote me up. ALL WITHIN A HALF HOUR. And he was so friendly, talking as if we had known each other for many years.”
“They were very accommodating for my schedule and were very fast and professional. The price was also very reasonable.”
