“I’ve been taking various dance classes with Ms. Leslea at Uptown for many (many) years, and there is just no better teacher or environment. Most recently since taking weekly pole classes for the last 2 years, I have met the most *incredible* women, and the vibes, the support, the progress, the laughs …truly healing! ✨”
“I had a great experience training here! Ryan is knowledgeable, motivating, and really knows how to push you while keeping things safe and fun. Every session is focused and effective. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for real results!”
“Prior to coming to Ethos PT, I spent 5 years trying to fix my lower back and hip pain. I saw at least three doctors and worked with a few different physical therapists. Nothing brought relief. And then, only after a few sessions with John, I was pain free. It was nothing short of a miracle. At 53, I am back to enjoying my favorite physical activities, like pickleball and skiing. My favorite part about working with John is that he helps me to build an effortless daily exercise routine that doesn’t add stress to my life, but helps me feel in control and add fun to my mornings. Highly recommend Ethos PT to everyone who wants to fully enjoy life at middle age and beyond.”
