65 Bay St, Jersey City“I recently moved from Austin where I was a member at an F45 for 3 years and a trainer for several months. I was worried about starting somewhere new but so far I love this gym. It is a VIBE!
If you’re looking to just drop in and mess around this isn’t the place for you. But, if you care about intentional workouts, proper form and attentive coaches then this is your spot. In Austin the F45 workouts almost never made me sore but with the direction of the coaches I can tell I am working and strengthening different muscle groups, even when using lighter weights.
I was surprised to see some of the bad reviews since I haven’t seen or experienced anything remotely threatening or negative. I think the equipment is in good condition and anything “dirty” is dragged in by members who don’t bring a change of shoes, and that is cleaned throughout the day.
I highly recommend this gym, but be prepared to get critiqued and for some real NY/NJ vibes from the music and the coaches - it’s awesome.“
