9 YEARS AGO: Visited at least four eyeglass stores in NYC before discovering CHARLOTTE JONES OPTICIANS. Went in to purchase one pair of UNIQUE eyeglass frames for myself and purchased three. Charlotte was a pleasure to work with and very,very patient with my husband and I (he purchased two very stylist frames after wearing basically the same boring wire style for 20 years). Looking forward to visiting this wonderful Optician again next time we're in town!“

“I had not had an eye exam for contact lenses in a really long time as I was wearing glasses due to the fact I work on a computer all day. And of course last straw was I was not able to see up close anymore. My sister and my nieces all use your practice. Always said nice things about the group. I was just being lazy but focal lenses my sister swore. Being a GUY I was like in Costco! Really? I could not say enough how once you walk through doors you are in another world! Even let me sit at his computer to test lenses out!! And walked out with me answerd all my questions! Ladies behind the counter were equally as helpful and pleasant!! I had an issue left a message and they called me back ASAP late on a Friday! Again I can’t say how much of a pleasant experience this was! Plus booking online was so simple!!!! My insurance company doesn’t cover contact exams. But expense well worth it did not bother a bit!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! You probably think I am a family member of someone by this point!! lol“

They’ve been falling down my nose constantly for a couple of years now and of course the heat in summer makes it worse. When I came in I was greeted warmly by Suzette and she was able to schedule a fitting with Steve in only 30 minutes. He was able to quickly fix my sunglasses. Now they sit perfectly on my nose and no slippage! Why didn’t I do this years ago? And when I offered to pay, Suzette told me it would be no charge! This is NYC, who charges nothing doing something amazing?! There’s a reason their rating is so high. I’ll definitely be back to have my next pair of glasses done here. I went right into the doctor's office He was really accommodating with trying to find the best prescription for me, which I really appreciated. The selection for what I wanted was more vast than I expected as I am a part of a union and retired and didn't want to have to spend a lot of money. They accommodated and surprisingly enough they had very classy youthful frames that would be perfect for my prescription.
