I had the good fortune of meeting with Dr. Kateman and his team today, and I could not have been more impressed with the experience.

From the outset, they took the time to truly understand my individual vision needs, conducting a thoughtful and comprehensive needs assessment along with the diagnostic testing necessary to help me achieve the best possible vision.

With a busy schedule, appointments can often feel like another obligation on the calendar. This was anything but that. It was genuinely a wonderful experience with a professional, knowledgeable, and attentive team working seamlessly together to ensure my needs were understood and addressed.

We had a great experience at Target Optical! The store manager was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming with my 8-year-old son. He took the time to answer all of his questions and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience overall!

I always have such a great experience here! The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The service is quick and efficient, and my glasses never take long to arrive. Everyone is always willing to answer my questions and make sure I’m taken care of. I really appreciate the great customer service and how easy they make the whole process. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new glasses!
