Julissa was amazing what a great experience. not only did she help me pick out a pair of glasses she went above and beyond and went to find the best price with my insurance and coupons. she helped me in adjusting my glasses when I picked them up. as well as in downloading the app and connecting them to the phone.I love my meta rayban thank you Julissa.
I had a wonderful experience at my appointment today. I’m so thankful to have Julissa assisting us, answered all our questions and having the patience to help me and my family at the same time. Mr. Laurence helped me out repairing my glasses. My hands are still cramped from trying to screw in a tiny screw. He was friendly and kind, will be back here the next time I need glasses just for the excellent customer service and specialty.
