It's nerve racking because I'm thinking I won't be able to get a hold of anyone today at 7am! NIBROC owner, Russ helped do some troubleshooting first. When nothing worked,they came out right away and fixed the problem!!! Thank you! They have always been so reliable!“

“Peter Leighton is an angel and honest as the day as long! We live in a disposable society where everybody wants to replace everything, but Peter believes in the value of service, maintenance and replacing parts. He had been maintaining our heating system for the past 12 years in West Newbury and I recommended him to an elderly client in Merrrimac who had been getting quotes up to $17,000 for a new heating system. When I arrived to her condo yesterday they were sitting and chatting at her kitchen table. He was explaining how worst case scenario she just needed a new hot water for 3K and he would be happy to maintain the old system. He didn’t even charge her for service call/consult! Don’t know what I’ll do when he retires ?“

“A friend recommended Dunn plumbing to me last year for plumbing repairs and maintenance issues on our home. I had been experiencing numerous absolutely frustrating attempts trying to contact a local plumbing contractor to fix various problems without the courtesy of return calls, nor follow up. When I called Dan Dunn's Office I received a return call that day and service the next day. Their plumbers were courteous, efficient and competently fixed the issues I had at a very fair, and reasonable charge. I had to call Dan's office again yesterday regarding a leakage problem I discovered in one of our bathrooms. One of their guys came this morning, found the cause of the problem and permanently fixed it, and was done within an hour. He was a very nice guy, respectful of our home and very competent. I consider myself fortunate to have found such a competent, and reliable plumbing contractor to service our home. From experience I can say quite confidently they are very rare. “Exceptional service top qualityAbove and beyondFast reliable and they do not cut corners.These guys did two weeks worth of work in 3 days time they came (they stay they get the job done and don’t run home at 5) to me when I had no heat in the middle of a cold snap when most other Hvac guys don’t call you back these guys answer the phone.They showed up same day within hours.They could have fixed my boiler but it was old out of date and not efficient.I couldn’t believe these guys gutted all my plumbing during that cold snap and replaced and brought the entire utility room up to date with modern equipment boiler and on demand water heater all in one.The plumbing is art work and these guys even painted the natural gas pipe (nobody else would do that)Your home is your investment so invest in a good work they priced all the work at an very reasonable price for the quality of the work.The work easily doubled its cost in home equity.Highly recommend this company.They also do mini splits central a/c and spray foam insulation.
