We have worked with Todd, Marvin, Rob, Andy, Dave, and Jose! Everyone has been extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We truly appreciate their quick (and reliable!!) ability to problem-solve any issues that have come up in the home. We had a no heat issue with furnace, blower motor not working properly. At first we had a larger company come out and they immediately stated we needed a whole new system. We decided to get a local, second opinion - we see the APH vans all throughout Hampton.
Rob returned my first message within 30 minutes, and worked closely with us to get our issue fixed asap. Richard, the tech was super friendly and walked us through the fix, and also pointed out that the issue the larger company said we had (cracked heat exchange) was not an issue at all - took video and walked us through it. Finally, APH was very reasonably priced.. They have won a new regular customer from us.
I’ve lived in the Seacoast area for over 30 years, and Arakelian Plumbing and Heating LLC is, without question, the best company I’ve hired to service my furnace, air conditioner, and gas heater.
