Had a gas boiler/heat problem on a Sunday morning. The HVAC specialist was prompt, efficient and courteous. Quickly diagnosed the problem, got the system up and running in no time and ordered the new parts to install the next day. Love them!

If I could give APH 10 stars, I would! Brian and Todd are great, they were extremely courteous and accommodating. And Alex was awesome!! He replaced and installed my new ptac unit. He was extremely professional, efficient, detailed, and thorough. He really did an amazing job, and I am so impressed and appreciative of his workmanship. I could not be any happier right now, thank you APH and Alex!!!

Nate came to check out a central AC unit that was not working properly for 4 years. I rent a townhouse and the landlord had other well known HVAC companies come - and go - they never properly assessed the unit or fixed it. First time Nate walks in, hears our concerns and history of the unit and who "tried" to fix it - he was patient and listened throughly. He had the knowledge and integrity to say the unit was obsolete and could not be fixed, etc. Finally someone was going to do the right thing and it was Nate! He came another time to install the new unit. He was knowledgeable, clean, respectful, transparent/honest, pleasant, reliable - I cannot say enough positive...read full review
