“What a game-changer finding Sarah has been. I can function just so much better with these properly fit and made orthotics. The fitting process is excellent. I adore my orthotic sandals as well. Lots of free off-street parking in an interesting area is just icing on my cake. 10 out of 10. No notes.“
“Stellar experience with Bending Bodhi - took classes with most of the teachers and they are strong teachers across the board. Great space, not overcrowded and not too sparse - good class sizes. Plenty of time options. Nice people, very welcoming vibes.“
“My yoga practice at the Prasada Yoga Studio is a “present” that I feel fortunate to “unwrap” each time I visit. Having recently moved to the Seacoast, I was looking for yoga instruction and a community where I could find exercise, flexibility, friendly faces and supportive, adaptations which worked for my body. I have attended a variety of classes at Prasada, including “chill, gentle, yin, vinyasa flow, and mindful movement.” I have had the honor to practice with several talented instructors, who can encourage, support, challenge, as well as adapt or modify poses and transitions for individual students. They can help me find balance and well-being, as well as give back to the local community. At Prasada, I find I can move and “breathe” in the present, leaving the stresses of the day outside the door. I share my gratitude and highly recommend Prasada to any person, whether a novice or an experienced yogi, who is interested in “unwrapping” his/her own “present” for the new year.-Lauren Kennedy, 12-31-23“
“I’ve been seeing Lori for a year now, and I am so glad I found her. My line of work causes chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. She works wonders for my body and works through the knots and tension with care. She has been doing it for a long time and knows intuitively which spots to work. She has always listened to any requests I have at the start of the session. She gives me the space to relax and ease the tension in my body and for that I am forever grateful. I come once monthly and leave feeling renewed. Thank you Lori for your magical hands. She’s a true master at her craft.“

“My favorite experiences with Bonnie is sharing my needs and concerns while she listens patiently and intently. She has provided me guidance in my healthy well being. What I have loved most is the times where she has shared her knowledge at my daughter’s teenage parties where we have made bath bombs, body scrubs body lotion and the girls personal dottera oil roll on. The girls enjoyed these make and takes and learned from Bonnie the benefits of using quality products. I highly recommend you visiting Bonnie as she is amazing!“
““While wintering in Florida, a couple of years ago, I wanted to take tennis lessons because I love running in the sun and hitting balls. I quickly realized I needed to get in shape, and stronger, since I was so out of breath and my back and knees were in pain. My husband had been working out with Dan for a few years, and suggested I try going to the gym to train with them. Panic set in. I always thought the gym was the scariest place in the world and I had no idea what to expect while working out with a personal trainer. Dan turned out to be really nice and a great teacher, not scary at all. The routines he teaches are very comprehensive and science based, working all the muscles of the body. He stresses the importance of proper nutrition and has many tips to achieve it. Dan even successfully motivates me to include cardio in my workouts. Now, I love working out and find it interesting and challenging. I can play tennis without pain and have lots of energy to run around the court. If only I could win a match; however, lack of fitness is not my problem!†-Penny P.“
