I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and my Flōte was incredible. I felt so relaxed and slept like a baby afterwards. Cannot wait to go back, and try the infrared sauna as well!

I absolutely love Flōte! The facility is clean and the energy is so soothing and welcoming. I especially love the knowledgable and hardworking employees that each have unique perspectives and personalities and care to learn about why I’m here and how my life is going! The Hampton location is bright and big and they host so many engaging events, whereas the Portsmouth location is small and quiet and calming. I can’t recommend this place enough. Floating at Flote has changed my life. Genuinely.

I absolutely love, love, love FLOTE!You walk in and immediately feel at ease and relaxed. The staff are so kind and loving. They really make you feel welcome and taken care of. I’ve floated, had massages & have always been happy with everything. A must experience for yourself!
