“Been going to the Bedford Hotwrox location for about 2 months now . Staff is always super friendly and kind . Love how working out in the sauna makes me feel so good and stronger too! I love the detox feeling from the heat. I also love the convenience of the workouts and how I can get a great workout in 15 min if I am short on time . This location is always very clean too! At first I thought I would not be able to work out in the heat but the infrared sauna feels great and can imagine enjoying a workout without it ! Great rewards program also!”
