Writing this review before my workout sets in tomorrow, otherwise my feelings won't be so happy (seriously got my a** kicked!)... tried the cardio jumpboard with Lisa and OMG what a quick and NOT so easy workout! Luckily Lisa makes you feel great while your getting through. The end result is a great feeling of accomplishment and a place filled with women on various levels. Thank you again Lisa & great job with your fundraiser for Lucy's Love Bus!
