I have been practicing at Bending Bohdi for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I arrive feeling welcomed and leave feeling refreshed. Bending Bohdi offers a variety of class passes to fit your schedule and budget and a variety of events from local yoga hikes to international yoga retreats. They have it all and I highly recommend this studio!

Bending Bodhi is a true gem! The instructors are incredibly kind, creating a warm and welcoming environment for yogis of all levels. The studio's serene atmosphere, coupled with thoughtful design, provides the perfect backdrop for transformative sessions. The sense of community is palpable, making every visit a joy. With a diverse class offering and enriching events, this studio goes above and beyond. Highly recommended for a holistic and uplifting yoga experience!

I am so comfortable practicing in classes with excellent teachers and fellow students each with our own goals. I've been enjoying yoga classes at Bending Bodhi for the past three winters. As a senior citizen, I am very happy with the gentle yoga and yin yoga classes 3 to 4 times per week. I am mainly interested in developing and maintaining some degree of flexibility and strength and applying breathing and meditation awarenes to activites in an out of class. I know it helps my golf game.
