“First time customer. I came for their huge selection of frames! At other stores, I could find frames that fit or looked good, but not both. But here, I was shown a customizable product -- choose the frame shape, the color, the temples. Beautiful!!!

And the service is so friendly and top notch!! From helping me select the frames, to ensuring that they fit PERFECTLY, the women at this store are true professionals! I had to come back for an adjustment, and they took out the exact pair I had tried on and made my glasses fit like the model, but better because the placement was adjusted for my Rx.

The staff were wonderful. There was always a friendly welcome. We received our glasses quickly. I had to go back a couple of times for adjustment (I had 3 pair of glasses) and each time I was taken care of right away. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Alison was always there when I went in and she was so helpful. I think the best part was she made me feel like she wanted to be sure I was satisfied.
