I was looking for a place to go for my eye care as I am a complex case. I have Scleritis posterior and Anteria, a condition that can lead to blindness. This took my previous provider months to diagnose. I am now under a specialist care for this problem, but I also needed an optometrist. I was fortunate enough to find Stratham Family Eye Care. Sue and Barry were the best and I am very happy and satisfied with my choice. When I mentioned this eye condition to Barry, he knew exactly what it was and we talked more about it. This practice is Excellent! Sue and Barry are Thorough! and the End product PERFECT! I have worn glasses since 1984 and thought when my Eye Doctor, Dr. Erdman in Exeter retired I would never find decent eyecare again. It was years of floundering around but I found two - Dr Turner out of Exeter Eyesight and Barry at Stratham Eyecare. There was an abnormality caught by Dr. Turner that had never been mentioned before and was never mentioned again until I saw Barry. I was referred for further testing by Turner and it ended up being ok.. My insurance changed as they do and I couldn't see Dr Turner any more. We were very happy with our experience at Stratham family eye care. Dr. Barry is great with kids. When I was there I mentioned that my eye was irritating me. He fitted me in for a visit that day. He took his time with me was very thorough. His wife who works there too is very helpful and friendly.
