Sheyanne helped me today. I needed an answer in a timely fashion and she jumped in to action. She listened quite generously and when I left the office I was very satisfied with the end result.
I had an appointment with Dr. Kavanaugh for a blocked gland on my eyelid and she was very thorough and reassuring. She alleviated my concerns of being precancerous . She also offered me to visit again if my eyelid looked worse in a couple of months.
She explained what surgical procedures were options I could consider if I wanted to remove the blocked gland. However she thought it would go away on its own. She was professional and very easy to talk to.
I saw Dr. Sears for a glaucoma exam today. First, the ladies in reception/checkout were extremely positive, friendly and upbeat. Dr. Sears and his technician were extremely professional, thorough and detailed with information. I left the appt. feeling like I am in great care regarding my eyes.
