Knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and caring staff. The doctor was outstanding as well. Highly recommended with one caveat... If you are having your eyes dilated and plan on trying on new glasses, do your fitting FIRST because the frame consult station faces into the ? without tinted windows!
Truly the best experience I have ever had somewhere with my kids, one of which is nonverbal/ autistic. Everyone here from the front desk to the assistants to Dr.Rinita- every single person in this office was SO patient, understanding and kind. I will recommend this place to everyone !
Super disappointed after years of coming here. Both my husband and I came for annual exams. We had verified with our insurance company that the appointment was covered, but Harbor Eyecare denied it (at checkout after our appointments) and refused to resubmit using the code that I verified with our insurance.We were also not given the choice to opt out of the refraction, which was not covered through insurance. So now, we are out nearly $400 while unemployed. I think the most upsetting part was the lack of kindness at checkout; being told I was wrong, and not given any option for resolution.We won't be returning.
